Stiff Leg Windmill
If you were standing at the 12 on a clock, one leg would stay at 12 and the other would move to 9. Adjust until your stance is stable.
The arm on the side of your 12 leg will raise straight up
Eyes on the hand in the air at all times
Engage your tripod foot stance
Engage your core (zipper)
The opposite arm reaches down your 9 leg, as far as you’re able
Legs are “Stiff”
The hand in the air stays above the shoulder at all times
On the way down, rotate the hand in the air counter-clockwise
On the way up, rotate the hand in the air clock-wise
Slow and controlled breaths through the nose
